Hi, I'm Aubrey

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, specializing in trauma recovery, emotional regulation and identity work. With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, extensive training in EMDR and a variation of life experiences, I combine clinical effectiveness with genuine human warmth.

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a simple question: How can we positively evolve and find meaning through life's inevitable and unfair challenges? Through my work, I've had the privilege of supporting clients as they uncover, release and reclaim some of their darkest moments — watching them rediscover their strength and authentic self.

I work with adults (18+) and couples, offering both in-person sessions in Texas and secure telehealth appointments statewide. My practice is built on humility, evidence-based methods, and the unwavering belief that healing isn't a destination but a skillset for staying the course of your unique purpose.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me on long nature walks, sharing new experiences with loved ones and finding ways to disconnect from the matrix. I strongly believe in "practicing what I preach" therapeutically, knowing that the health of my mind, body and spirit informs the way I show up for my clients.

"I am above no one and no one is above me."

My Approach

EMDR helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their emotional charge. Rather than talking through every detail, we use guided bilateral stimulation to help your mind heal naturally — much like how your body heals a wound when the obstacle is removed.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

CBT helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more balanced perspectives. Together, we examine the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — giving you practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy recognizes that you are the expert on your own life. We work together to separate you from your problems, re-author the stories you tell about yourself, and discover strengths you may have overlooked. It's about reclaiming your story on your terms.
