What's the difference between telehealth and in-person sessions?

Both formats are equally effective. Telehealth sessions happen over a secure video platform from wherever you're comfortable. In-person sessions take place at my Texas office. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of choosing between the two.

How long are sessions?

Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions may run 60–75 minutes depending on what we're working on. We'll determine the best format during our initial consultation.

Using guided bilateral stimulation — like following a light or tapping — your brain can heal from trauma naturally, often faster than traditional talk therapy alone.

Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or suspicion of child/elder abuse). I'll explain all of this clearly before we begin.
